Appointments

The White Room requires a $50 non-refundable appointment fee. This fee will be applied to the cost of your newly ordered wedding gown or MOB dress from The White Room. This fee does not apply on sample gowns.

If we have not received a cancellation notice prior to 48 hours of your booked appointment, an additional $150 fee will be charged to the card we have on file. In addition, if you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment without notification by phone, this will be considered a missed appointment and will incur a $150.00 charge.

Following the submission of your appointment, you will receive an automatic email confirming your appointment date and time (PLEASE REMEMBER TO CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER). With this email, you will receive a form to download, fill-out, save and return via email. When you submit your request for an appointment, you are automatically booked in our system.

APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES:

Tues-Thurs appointments: Bride plus up to 5 guests
Friday and Saturday appointments: Bride plus up to 4 guests
